The information provided in these Terms & Conditions is meant as a general guideline for the services offered by White Clouds Laundry. While we strive to deliver the highest standards of quality, reliability, and hygiene, certain factors such as fabric condition, color fastness, or pre-existing damage may affect the final results. Customers are advised to check their garments before handing them over, as White Clouds Laundry will not be held responsible for items left in pockets, accessories, or normal wear and tear during the cleaning process.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics 

By availing our services, customers agree to the terms outlined by White Clouds Laundry. Service availability, pricing, and turnaround time are determined by the chosen plan (Standard, Express, Emirates, or Premium) and may vary accordingly. While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur. In the rare event of lost or damaged garments, compensation will be limited to five times the service cost of the item. Payments are to be made as per the published price list, and once garments are collected for processing, cancellations or refunds will not be permitted. White Clouds Laundry reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
